Girls and gender-expansive youth who participate in our programs are:

• Less likely to engage in behavior that puts their well-being at risk

• More confident, possessing a positive self-esteem

• Eager to learn, achieve success in school, and pursue post-secondary education

We focus on the development of the whole girl. She learns to value herself, take positive risks, and discover and develop her inherent strengths. The combination of lasting mentoring relationships, a pro-girl environment, and evidence-based programming equips girls to navigate gender, economic, and social barriers, and grow up healthy, educated, and independent.
